At Womens Contemporary Health-Care, we pride ourselves on being on the leading edge of your health care. Part of this effort has included the initiation of our electronic medical record (EMR). Your logging in prior to your appointment and answering a few simple questions replaces a great deal of paperwork you need to fill out in the office and improves our ability to give you speedy and effective care.
You will recieve a login id and password for your first visit and can change your login info for future use. If you have not gotten this info please give us a call and we can email the info to you.
